Quidnet REIT was launched in 2015 and listed on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) in 2017, which is a cost effective stock exchange for smaller companies that is a Recognised Exchange for ISAs and SIPPs.
The Company, which is registered in London has a portfolio of mainly industrial properties totalling over 344,000 sq ft with over 30 tenants.
The company was founded by Richard Tice and Nick Tribe who have combined real estate experience of over 70 years. Richard was previously Chief Executive of a multinational FTSE 250 property company with over £1 billion of assets, where he tripled the share price in his 4 years at the helm. Nick’s career has spanned institutional fund management and opportunistic investment and asset management throughout Europe and the UK.
